Deployment protocols for the AssetForge desktop client and background sync nodes.
AssetForge is distributed as a signed Windows installer (`.exe`) that operates in user-space. No administrator privileges are required for standard operation, as the sync engine binds to high-range ports for local communication.
Every build is cryptographically signed by Nexora Software. Verify the publisher certificate in the Windows SmartScreen prompt before proceeding.
Run `AssetForge-Windows-Setup.exe`. Choose your installation directory (default: `%LocalAppData%/AssetForge`).
On first launch, the AssetForge Daemon will initialize the local database (`forge_local.db`) and bind the Sync Engine to port 44992.
