1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AssetForge, provided by Nexora Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscription & Billing

AssetForge is a subscription-based service. Billing is processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Data & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all game assets, code, and documents synced via AssetForge. Nexora Software claims no ownership over your data. We provide the infrastructure for secure transport and storage.

4. Prohibited Use

Users are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering the AssetForge binary, attempting to bypass security protocols, or using the service for illegal data distribution. Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nexora Software "AS IS" without warranty. We are not liable for any data loss, production delays, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our synchronization engine.
